How I left it on Sunday afternoon
Due to the fact that I was going to be traveling this week, and since I have this thing on somewhat of a tight timeline, I decided to run down to the shop last Sunday, after church.
While some of these photos may be similar to others, they do show the results of last week’s work.
While I realize this is not the proper use of lowering blocks, it does help me see approximately where it’s going to sit when they are in.
I borrowed a Coke can out of the fridge for a visual aid.
One more shot before I left.
I’m hoping that I can get some time to finish up the front brakes and get the lowering blocks in, sometime in the next week or so, so I can start on cleaning out the floorboards and can begin the wiring. Progress will be delayed, slightly, due to taking Friday and Saturday off, to participate in the NW Arkansas Hot Rod Hundred Reliability Run.
